All about taking the tech out of our childrens play and getting back to learning through creativity and imagination.

My 6 yr old son who's aspergers has good communication skills so we are lucky in that we rarely need visual supports.
My 5 yr old has more complex autism, he is non-verbal and at a really early stage of development. His eye contact has improved though over the past 6 months so we are going to start introducing a handful of symbols and signs. We are hopeing that this may be a start in helping us communicate with him more easily.
